SG/SGZ, LGZ/PGZ Series centrifuge has a prefect automatic perhormance and a large processing capacity, In accordance with user's demand, procedures such as feeding, separating, washing, dehydrating and discharging can all be automatically finished followed by remote control. It's suitable for solid-liquid separation of forboid materials as well as suspension that contains fine grains and medium size grains solid, For example: Industrial materials such as gypsum, ammonium sulphide, bluestone, postassium chloride, borax, dyestuff, resin, pesticide and pharmaceutical materials such as: Salt, monosodium glutamate, food additive, starch, sugar flavoring antibiotic, vitamin and other industries such as mining and environmental protecting etc.
Working Principle:
SG/SGZ, LGZ/PGZ Series cenrifuge is a kind of vertical centrifuge with controlled programme, automatic filtration and down discharging scraper, which can run continuously but discharge intermittently. Driven by the motor, the drum revolves step by step to the speed suitable for feeding, when the material to be separated enters the revolving drum through feeding pipeline. Stop feeding if the material volume amounts to the predetermined data and raise to a high revolving speed for separation, material filtration can be made possible by filter cloth (or filter net)under the effect of centrifugal force. Lquid phase drills through filter layer and is thrown into the empty chamber until finally discharged while the solid phase remains in the drum to form bucket-shaped filter that needs to be washed in the following steps. When it meets the demand for separation. Slow down to the discharging speed. The scraper begins to take effect and scrape the filter cake from inner wall, which can be discharged from outlet of centrifuge bottom.
Main characteristics:
1. The centrifuge adopts whole enclosed structure with dependable seal facility which is filled with Nitrogen to meet the explosion proof demand.
2. Adopted with quick open and big cover structure, material can be distributed evenly to reduce vibration caused by unbalanced distribution. With additional washing function, it has a better cleaning effect. The inclined bucket distribution facility is optional.
3. The motor is set on top of the machine and has a direct link to it which brings about higher transimmison efficienc and reduces friction powders.
4. Pneumatic scraper is adopted to remove the remnant filter cake and CIP System to secure clarity, both of which are inaccordance with Good Manufacturing practices for Drugs GMP Norm.
5. Frequency conversion system is adopted to assure a stable start-up. Program can be predetermined to ensure a complete automatic process including feeding, filtering, washing and discharging etc. It adopts dynamic(feedback) braking without friction powder pollution and friction heat, so it is much safer.
6. It adopts self-monitoring and protecting system with a good performance of double chain protection for scraper revolving and elevating facility electricity and chain protection of cover opening and machinery operation as well as revoling speed inspection, product layer detection. Over vibratioin protectin, over loading protection. Thus there's no need human supersion.
